We provides various services to organizations and companies on gender dynamics using innovative methods to promote gender equality, diversity and inclusive leadership in businesses. Doing business with a gender lens
Gender equality creates a society in which women and men, girls and boys enjoy the same opportunities, rights and obligations in all spheres of life. It is therefore vital to the realization of human rights and sustainable development for everyone everywhere. Conducting business with a gender lens requires that issues are critically assessed from a gendered perspective. It requires carefully observing, viewing, analyzing and advising on activities, projects, programmes and institutions, looking at all the implications from different perspectives, particularly, from the perspectives of men and women, boys and girls to achieve the best results. To do this effectively, an understanding of the concepts of gender equality are crucial to every given process.

Workshops and presentations
